— Our play equipment is only for children aged 0-12 years old.

— Children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver (caregivers must be aged 18 years or over).

— Any child found to be left at Little Nui without a caregiver, will be handed over to the appropriate authority.

— Adults (7 children over 12 years) may only enter the play equipment to supervise or assist children.

— Children must wear a nappy, if not toilet trained.

— Everyone is expected to be considerate and respectful towards others, and especially take care around smaller children.

— No rough play or yelling allowed - Little Nui staff have the discretion to ask anyone to leave.

— Please pay attention to all signage and guidelines within Little Nui.

— Strictly no adults (& children over 12 years) to use the trampoline or slides.

— No pushing, jumping, climbing up or down the slides, and slide feet-first only.

— No hanging from the basketball hoop.

— Use of our play equipment is at your own risk and supervision of your child is recommended at all times.

— Any accidents and incidents must be reported to a staff member, however we do not take responsibility for any accident or incident, or health advice offered.

— Please do not visit Little Nui if you or your child has experienced vomiting, diarrhea or cold-flu symptoms in the past 48 hours.

— No food or drink is to be taken into any of the play equiment.

— Chewing gum is not permitted.

— Do not share food or drink with anyone outside of your admission group, or those with dietary and/or allergen requirements.

— Hot drinks are the responsibility of the caregiver - we provide lids on all hot drinks, but beware of hot spills.

— Keep lids on food and drink as much as possible.

— Birthday cakes will only be allowed to be brought into Little Nui if a party booking has been made.

— Little Nui takes no responsibility for any food related allergies.

— Socks must be worn on the play equipment - no shoes or bare-feet (adults included).

— Grip socks must be used on the large play structure. These are available to purchase at Little Nui, however other brands are completely acceptable.

— Shoes are allowed in the party area and toilets.

— Entry to Little Nui is conditional on payment of entry fee.

— Weekend prices apply during school holidays and on public holidays.

— Due to limited space, children’s entry fees allow for only one supervising adult - additional adults will be charged an extra fee.

— The fees allow up to two hours of access - this is so we can monitor guest numbers for safety purposes.

— If we are at maximum capacity, we will not allow walk-ins. If you do not pre-book online, you risk being turned away, during peak times. If you would prefer us to nook you in, please ring, email or message us through our Facebook page.

— All products and services are non-refundable (refer to party booking rules for cancellation policy).

— Prices include GST and are subject to change without notice.

— Little Nui take precautions to ensure the playground equipment is up to standard - however we take no responsibility for injuries that occur.

— Running is not permitted inside the premises.

— Clothing with strings or cords, jewellery, and helmets are not recommended to be worn on the equipment.

— If your child is wearing a cast, or has a prior injury, Little Nui take no responsibility for injury to the child or any other incidents caused by the cast - the caregiver of the child must take full responsibility and advise the child to keep a safe distance from others.

— We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen items.

— Smoking, vaping and alcohol is prohibited anywhere on the premises.

— Little Nui staff have the discretion to ask anyone not adhering to the terms and conditions, to leave the premises.
